Comfortable room, spacious family room, with excellent shower facilities and ample plugs for all our devices during our stay.

Nothing could be improved.

The stay was fantastic, particularly with the view of the lake and the Lotte tower from our room. Location was perfect, close to lots of eateries and shopping, with easy access to major attractions. The amenities were impressive – the gym was well-equipped and the pools looked amazing, even though we had to book in advance. Staff was responsive, especially housekeeping, which made our downtime even more enjoyable.

The experience was remarkable, highlighted by the incredibly spacious One-Bedroom Signature King Suite that offered stunning views of the lake and nearby tower. Impeccable housekeeping made my stay even more enjoyable, ensuring the suite was spotlessly clean. The delicious Manchego ratatouille served at the hotel’s restaurant was a definite culinary standout. However, the breakfast coffee service was notably slow, and my room's air conditioning had a minor issue. A minor improvement area was the dining options during peak hours as it could feel crowded.

Had such a nice time at this place! The view from my Luxury Lake room was just stunning—totally loved watching the sunset over Seokchon Lake. They’ve got this really cool café with tasty pastries for breakfast. The only thing was my room felt kinda small, but everything else was top-notch!

It was just a nice choice for a whistle-stop in Seoul with value for money. The family room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Make sure to check out the hotel’s spa early, as it tends to book up fast.

The indoor pool and fitness center were awesome. We checked out Lotte Tower and Seokchon Lake, which was stunning with cherry blossoms. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the elevators were a bit confusing at times. Despite that, great location and service!

The elevators were really confusing! You have to switch elevators at the lobby level and it’s not the fastest system. It got frustrating during busy times.
