This is a hotel go-to for Seoul! The property is absolutely fabulous and the staff is amicable. The room is well-appointed and reasonably spacious and there are magnificent views of the lake and landmark tower. It was nice to have a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar in my room. The atmosphere of the venue is family...

This hotel's location is perfect for families with children! With nearby attractions like an aquarium and an amusement park, there is no shortage of activities for the little ones to enjoy. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well appointed, with spacious interiors and modern amenities. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

The only negative point is that the plumbing could be improved, as some guests encountered issues with the bathroom drainage and water temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the best aspects being the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in that place and the staff. The hotel was spotless and had great amenities like a fitness center, swimming pool and good cafés. Its location was perfect for us, as it was near a metro station and other family-friendly attractions. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were extremely helpful and professional, making our entire stay comfortable and memorable.

I had an amazing Easter stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. To my surprise, I found a cute Easter basket and goodies in my room upon arrival. I enjoyed the breathtaking view of the city skyline and the lake from my spacious and luxurious room. The hotel's location was perfect, with malls and attractions nearby. The gym and swimming pool were great, and I loved the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.

The elevator system was a bit confusing and slow at times, and it could be frustrating for some guests. Another downside was that the hotel is a bit far from the center of the city, but this is a common issue in Seoul due to its size.

Great amenities and helpful staff, perfect for families. The location offers easy access to nearby attractions and a lovely running track around a nearby lake. Rooms are clean and modern, with a good size.

Bathroom plumbing needs improvement, with issues with shower drainage and water temperature. The breakfast service could also use some improvement, with staff making late guests feel unwelcome and even being rude.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. The exclusive amenities provided, including the spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool, were exceptional. The full body massage was simply heavenly, and the heated swimming pool with sun loungers was the perfect place to unwind. The restaurant's special diet menus were a nice touch, and the private facilities made me feel like a VIP.

The confusing and slow elevator system, which was a minor inconvenience. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a wonderful experience.
